Below are our Terms and Conditions of Bookings, Shared Events.
In certain circumstances, individual Terms may be added. If so, these will appear on the Booking Form as Additional Terms & Conditions of this event.
Bookings will be Confirmed Status once a deposit specified has been paid and a Booking Form Completed.
Deposit Must be Paid by Credit or Debit Card, and Balance of Event Payment can be made by a number of options (see Payment Options below).
Book for Expected Numbers - you will be debited for Expected Numbers Deposits.
Additional Guests - we always endeavor to add additional guests, however this will be subject to availability and capacity of the venue.
Payment Schedule - Deposit will secure booking and payment schedule will be included on your itinerary for each venue and event.
Bookings taken after 1-Nov-14 - all booking taken after this date will be payable in full on booking.
Bookings of less than 12 Guests are payable in full on booking.
Payment is due 21 days prior to events unless stated otherwise on your Booking Agreement. Non Payment can result in Cancellation of Booking.
Special Dietary Requirements / Special Requirements must be notified 21 days prior to event date by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
We retain the right to alter event specifications and prices.
A cloakroom will operate on all Christmas Party Nights events.
Subject to Vat (23%)
Cancellation Fee’s will apply (see below), however Christmas Party Nights will always endevour to reschedule, or accommodate any circumstances.
If a Client cancels a booking after completing a Booking Agreement, they will forfeit there deposit paid, and monies paid subject to the Terms and Conditions (See Terms and Conditions of your booking).
BY VENUE or PROMOTER:
If a Booking is Taken by Christmas Party Nights and the event has to be cancelled, we will offer any suitable alternatives, however should the client wish to claim a refund, all monies and fee's paid shall be refunded immediately.
If you have had to cancel your event date due to circumstances, we will always endeavor to re facilitate your group to another event date, or/and venue at NO additional cost.

Table and Seating Plans:
For Banqueting Events (i.e. Meals Served) a Full Table Plan will be in the Pre FUnction Area. Your table will also be signed with a Table Number and Company Name Signs.
For Groups of less than 12 Guests, an additional party may be combined to your table to fill. This creates a better atmosphere all round. For example if 2 groups are 7 and 5 in numbers we may combine these groups on 1 table.
Drinks Voucher Entitles Bearer to:
Pint or Bottle, Short & Mixer, ¼ Bottle Wine, 2 x Soft Drinks
Mainstream Brand - No Red Bull – No Cocktails available with vouchers
Vouchers issued in exchange for Ticket at Entrance – Guest List can be provided by client
Dress Codes vary from venue to venue, however guests will not be permitted to wear Football Shirts, Trainers or Baseball Caps.
You must be 18 Years and Over to attend an Event Organised by Christmas Party Nights and Office Events.
